Shipping and Delivery:

Q. Are shipping costs included in the price?
A. Yes all items are shipped to the clients door at no extra cost.

Q. Do you ship outside of the RSA?
A. Unfortunately not. Our bags are only available in South Africa. 

Q. What Shipping methods do you offer?
A. We have a standard courier delivery within 3-5 days. If you have special requirements please contact us and note that extra charges will be added to your order.

Q. How long does it take to get my shipment?
A. If your product is available immediately, shipment will take 3-5 days. 

Q. If I order my item today, when will it ship?
A. If you order your item before 12:00pm(EST) on Monday – Thursday, you item will ship the same day.  If you place your order after 12:00pm, your bag will ship the next day.  Any orders made after 10:00am on Friday will ship on Monday. Do note, we will let you know if we have your item in stock otherwise it might take up to 2 weeks to reach you if they have stock at the factory. If they don’t have stock we will inform you the waiting period.

Q. What is a back/pre order?
In the case of a Pre/Back order, Kiekiekit is basically a third party importing a bag on your behalf. Pre/Back order means we don't have the stock of the item you selected but we can order and import it for you. In this case we cannot give you a timeline as to how long it will take. It all depends if our supplier has stock, if the bag is on a run and being processed, if the country of origin has holidays or festivals, and if our customs and postal service is not on strike or if there are any other factors playing a role in delaying the bag. We will then reply shortly with the state of the order as soon as we have info. But you are assured of a bag being placed into our next shipment that is put aside especially for you.

Returns:

At Kiekie:kit, we want your experience to be a great one!  If for any reason, you are not happy with your item, you can return your product, in perfect condition, within 10 days of receiving your bag. 

We only accept returns that were purchased from the Kiekie:kit Website, and no other retail location. Prior to returning your product, please contact us at info@kiekiekit.com  to request a return.  In this email, include the word, “Return” in the subject line, please provide your original order number and detail why you are returning your product. 

Once we approve your return, you can return your bag to the address we provide. We will credit your account within 10 business days of receiving your return.  Shipping and Handling fees are non-refundable.  All returns are subject to a R250 restocking fee. 

Exchanges:

If for any reason, you are not happy with your product, you can exchange your product, in perfect condition, within 10 days of receiving your bag.

We only accept exchanges of bags that were purchased from the Kiekie:kit Website, and no other retail location. To request an exchange, please email us at info@kiekieki.com.  Please include the word, "exchange" in the subject line, as well as your order number.

Once you have been approved for the exchange, you will be responsible for shipping the bag back to the address provided. Once we have received your bag, we will cover the cost of shipping your new bag back to you
 
Warranty:

Your Kelly Moore Bag/ Ideer Bag/ JoTotes Bag/ Johannsen Bag/ Modstrap is covered under a general manufacturer's warranty for 1 year from the date of your purchase.  This warranty only includes defects in workmanship and manufacturing.

This warranty does not include scratches or tears of the surface of your bag due to misuse or abuse. This warranty does not include the wear of materials that may occur after extended use of the product. This warranty does not cover any loss of equipment or time.  If the damage to your bag/strap falls within our warranty, we will be happy to replace or repair it. We reserve the right to refuse warranty based on customer service discretion.

Colour Variations:

We do our very best to represent the colour of our bags as accurately as possible on our website, however, please be aware that factors such as varying screen calibrations and the lighting in which you view your bag can effect the way that your bag looks. It is also possible that bags from different shipments may vary slightly in tone and hue.
