Shipping and Delivery:

Q. Are shipping costs included in the price?
A. Yes all items are shipped to the clients door at no extra cost.

Q. Do you ship outside of the RSA?
A. Unfortunately not. Our bags are only available in South Africa. If you want to order outside of South Africa please visit www.kellymoorebag.com

Q. What Shipping methods do you offer?
A. We have a standard courier delivery within 3-5 days. If you have special requirements please contact us and note that extra charges will be added to your order.

Q. How long does it take to get my shipment?
A. If your product is available immediately, shipment will take 3-5 days. 

Q. If I order my bag today, when will it ship?
A. If you order your bag before 12:00pm(EST) on Monday – Thursday, you bag will ship the same day.  If you place your order after 12:00pm, your bag will ship the next day.  Any orders made after 10:00am on Friday will ship on Monday. Do note, we will let you know if we have your item in stock otherwise it might take up to 2 weeks to reach you if they have stock at the factory. If they don’t have stock we will inform you the waiting period.
